In a vibrant Chelsea neighborhood, a six-story town house stands as an extraordinary testament to the fusion of modern and historical design elements. Spearheaded by interior designer Amy Kolker of Jane Street Projects, this nearly 8,000-square-foot residence inspires creativity and showcases how thoughtful design can transform a space.

Amy Kolker drew inspiration from a rich tapestry of influences to create the ambiance of this home. Notably, the Maison de Verre in Paris known for its steel-and-glass structures, and the minimalist approach of architect Adolf Loos, played pivotal roles in shaping the aesthetic vision. “This was my big debut as an interior designer,” Kolker reflects, highlighting her ambition to blend contrasts in a fresh way.
